HR FUNCTION:

Ø Keeping track and updating of attendance on a daily basis of all employees.

Ø Maintaining up-to-date record of leave balances, C- Offs, miss punches, overtimes, outdoor

duties etc. of all employees.

Ø Pay roll system operating and prepare salary and wages.

Ø Identify the vacancies from the all departments and screening the resumes, arrange interview scheduled as per convenient time of both candidate and interviewer.

Ø Negotiate with the selected candidates as per company’s requirement.

Ø Prepare offer letters, Appointment Letters, etc.

Ø Follow up with the candidate till joining.

Ø Prepare Appointment Letters.

Ø Conduct joining formalities for new join employees.

Ø Update the master data file time to time.

Ø Circulate all necessary instructions given by superiors.

Ø Arrange trainings as per training scheduled.

Ø Solve issues of all employees regarding attendance, leave, admin facilities as per policy.

Ø Maintain all employees’ files and data and present whenever require by superior.

Ø Prepare exit formalities like no dues forms, exit interview and service letter of resign or retired employees and keep record of it.

Ø Prepare full & final settlement of exit employees.

Ø Fulfilling the requirement of the data required by superior.

Ø Prepare SOP and Policies of HR ADMIN department and follow it.

Ø To observe and guide for good housekeeping practice in company premises.

Ø Verify all bills and vouchers related to admin and approve them as per requirement.

Ø Labor Contract management.

Ø Arrange all requirements of Pantry, Canteen and employee facility.

Ø Conduct employee engagement activities.

Ø Prepare admin expense report.

Ø Manage and control of misuses of company assets.

Ø SOP, CCF and policies generate, review and implement.

ADMIN FUNCTION:

1. Petty cash.

2. Office maintenance.

3. Catering management.

4. Transportation arrangements.

5. Accommodation booking.

6. Stationary and other purchase part handling.

7. Housekeeping day to day role and functions tracking.

8. Proper maintenance and operations of particular client in terms of House Keeping, Food & Beverage, Stationery, Dispatch, Pantry & Vendors.

+. A surprise visit at night at site to avoid complains and misbehaves.

10. Function, Event, cultural or any get together functions management.

11. Pest Control management and implement
