We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Seven Hills. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is key in providing comprehensive HR support and managing the entire employee lifecycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Coordinating and managing the recruitment process, including preparing position descriptions, writing and posting job ads, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with managers and employees.
Addressing and resolving HR queries, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining strong employee relations.
Providing expert advice and support to people leaders on all HR-related matters, including performance management, reviews, goal setting, development plans, and grievances.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
Collaborating with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Leading and driving HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Managing Worker’s Compensation and return-to-work cases.
Preparing and analysing HR reports and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
The successful candidate will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Human resources, Business, or related field
Previous HR Generalist experience, preferably in Manufacturing manufacturing and associated industries.
Demonstrated knowledge of best HR and ER practices, employment legislation, and WHS laws.
Strong ability to understand and interpret awards and enterprise agreements.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Solutions-focused, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
