Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
