Coordinate the recruitment process and new hire process with Department Managers by
identifying candidates, managing the interview process and coordinating the hiring
selection
Conduct reference checks
Process new hire documentation, including back-ground and drug testing
Process Payroll
Assist with annual health insurance renewals
Assist with Workers Comp program
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
Communicate company policies, procedures, and laws to new and existing employees
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
Maintain the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
Perform other duties/tasks as assigned

Spherion has partnered with an established provider in the oil and gas industru seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This position is an exciting opportunity to support the employees and management team. Leadership and guidance in all employee related processes including Payroll Processing, Hiring, Recruiting and Retention, Employee Policies and Procedures, Employment Relations, and Benefits Coordination. This is a direct hire opporuntity!
Duties and Responsibilities:
