In this role, you’ll be at the center of employee support, ensuring smooth operations across payroll, benefits administration, and recruitment
You’ll play a critical part in helping employees with key questions, handling payroll processing, and overseeing the onboarding process, all while maintaining important documentation and compliance
Manage employee inquiries regarding payroll, time-off balances, and benefits
Administer employee benefits plans and resolve issues with brokers as needed
Maintain and organize employee documentation and communication
Oversee the onboarding and hiring process, ensuring documentation, background checks, and drug testing are completed
Manage job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling
Handle unemployment claims for multiple locations
Process weekly payroll, including vacation, PTO, holiday hours, and garnishments
Process and manage 401k withholdings, loans, and hardship withdrawals
Compile payroll data for certified payroll jobs and third-party audits
Audit benefits billing to ensure proper deductions
Maintain the company’s organizational chart and employee phone list
Administer Corpay and Brivo Gate cards for employee access
Handle main office calls and redirect them as necessary

Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Human Resources Generalist for our client. This is a four-month contract position with the potential to extend. In this role, you’ll be at the center of employee support, ensuring smooth operations across payroll, benefits administration, and recruitment. You’ll play a critical part in helping employees with key questions, handling payroll processing, and overseeing the onboarding process, all while maintaining important documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Manage employee inquiries regarding payroll, time-off balances, and benefits.
• Administer employee benefits plans and resolve issues with brokers as needed.
