Key responsibilities:
1. Design and implement effective recruitment and selection processes to
ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent.
2. Develop and implement performance management processes that align
with the company's goals and objectives.
3. Manage employee relations by addressing any issues that arise promptly
and professionally.
4. Implement training and development programs to ensure that employees
have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
5. Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and
equity.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor
laws, health and safety regulations, and equal employment opportunity
laws.
7. Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR matters.
8. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as required
