Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Work on designing, updating job descriptions, and sourcing potential candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
