We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic human resource team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition, HR operations, full employee life cycle, and cross-department collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to learn and contribute to the growth of our employees.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Facilitating recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Collecting feedback, conducting follow-up communications, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
• Assisting in compiling and managing employee relations documentation.
• Contributing to employee engagement activities and collecting data to enhance the entire employee life cycle.
• Supporting onboarding by preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations.

About Company: We are an e-commerce brand enabler currently serving 45-plus brands. Our business is divided into 2 main verticals: demand fulfillment and demand generation under which we have 4 service lines. As we have scaled to 1 lakh orders per day during our peak, we have realized to restructure our approach to doing business from providing scalable service lines, to customers to creating products for our targeted customers, achieving the required product-market fit, scale, evolving, and reiterate.

Currently, we have conceptualized 4 products for our fulfillment business. Our product(s) will be focused on mid-mile (fulfillment center operations) and last-mile (aggregation and integration) fulfillment ops only. We operate in 8 fulfillment centers in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai spanning 5.5 lakh square feet
