Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates
• Helping new hires with paperwork, orientation, and familiarization with company policies and procedures
• Helping employees with inquiries about benefits packages, assisting in benefits enrollment processes, and ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Assisting in gathering HR data, analyzing trends, and preparing reports for management
