Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Healthcare Process Executives for our night shift operations based in Delhi. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the U.S. healthcare process by managing patient records, medical billing, insurance claims, and customer service tasks in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Key Responsibilities
• *

Review and process healthcare claims, medical records, and billing documents.
• *

Follow up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied claims.
• *

Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
• *

Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality across all healthcare transactions.
• *

Interact with U.S. healthcare providers and insurance companies via phone and email.
• *

Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or escalate complex cases.
• *

Maintain accurate documentation of all case handling and correspondence.
• *

Meet performance benchmarks for quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields).
• *

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• *

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• *

Comfortable working in a process-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• *

Basic knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems is an added advantage.
• *

Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience
• *

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• *

1-2 years of experience in a healthcare/BPO process will be preferred.
• *

Prior experience in U.S. healthcare process, AR calling, or claims processing is a strong plus.
• Working Hours
• *

Night Shift (U.S. Shift Timing): 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday).
• *

Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday).
• *

Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and rotational holidays.

About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

6. BBA or MBA in Business Administration, or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or any equivalent qualification in a related field.
