Job description
About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other concerns.

3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.

4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.

5. Design and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

6. Foster a positive and productive working environment.

7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

8. Maintain and administer pay structures and employee benefits programs.

+. Assess training needs and implement relevant training programs.

10. Report key HR metrics to management and support data-driven decision-making.

11. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to human resource management.

12. Participate in organizing company events and career days to boost employee engagement and employer branding.

Requirements:

1. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

2. Demonstrate knowledge of formal email writing and email etiquette.

3. Exhibit outstanding research skills.

4. Have a solid understanding of HR concepts and practices.

5. Apply a result-oriented approach to meeting recruitment targets.

6. BBA or MBA in Business Administration, or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or any equivalent qualification in a related field.
