We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. Your focus will be on supporting the talent acquisition team with screening and moving the flow of the applications by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Screen resumes and application forms on the ATS and shortlist for rounds
• Follow up with respective hiring managers for movement of profiles
• Ensure profiles move within stages in the defined timelines for each
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networking sites
Requirements
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
