Join our Client’s team as a Human Resource Intern. The Human Resource Intern will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for helping individuals find their perfect career match.
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview materials and assist in conducting initial phone screenings.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipelines.
• Assist in creating and updating job descriptions.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and ensuring completion of necessary documentation.
• Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
• Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
Required Qualification and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar HR role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
