Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will be involved in various recruitment and HR activities, gaining hands-on experience in the field. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in conducting initial interviews and assessments of candidates.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
• Support HR administrative tasks, such as drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and preparing employment contracts.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects and events.
• Provide support in employee relations matters, including conducting surveys and analyzing feedback.
• Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and special projects.

Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Duration and Compensation:
• This is a full-time paid internship position- 5K P/M
• Duration: 3 months
