Position: HR Intern
Location: Chennai
Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern who has completed a degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR analytics, and the implementation of HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• HR Analytics:
• Support the HR team in collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data.
• Assist in creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports.
• Utilize data to provide insights on employee engagement, turnover rates, and other HR metrics.
• HR Technology:
• Help in the implementation and maintenance of HR software and systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to HR systems.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of HR technologies.
• Employee Relations:
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
• Support in addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Training and Development:
• Help in the development and implementation of training programs.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
Qualifications:
• who has completed a degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR functions and HR technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
