Job description
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to key HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and HR administration. This internship will provide valuable insight into the HR profession and offer practical experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support:
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in the interview process and provide feedback to the HR team.
• Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
• Employee Onboarding:
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation.
• Assist in organizing orientation sessions for new employees.
• Help coordinate new hire training and development programs.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
• Employee Engagement:
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving company culture and employee morale.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Assist in ensuring HR processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in learning about HR processes and best practices.
