As we scale, we're looking for a passionate HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, while gaining deep exposure to how modern teams build people-first cultures using technology.
Position Summary
As a Human Resources Intern at Bynry, you’ll be embedded within the People & Culture function—focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and operational excellence. You will get hands-on exposure to how a high-growth SaaS company builds its team and culture, with a strong emphasis on automation, digital workflows, and data-driven HR practices.

Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition:
• Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines, status updates, and reports in applicant tracking systems or spreadsheets.
• Support AI-first sourcing efforts using keyword optimization, automation tools, and recruitment analytics.
• Onboarding & Engagement:
• Support pre-joining and Day-1 onboarding documentation and virtual orientation setup.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Maintain checklists and assist with the smooth onboarding of interns and full-time hires.
• Contribute to culture-building ideas and engagement metrics tracking.
• HR Operations & Documentation:
• Help maintain HR databases and employee folders in compliance with policy.
• Assist with drafting letters (internship offers, confirmations, etc.) and ensuring digital signing.
• Support HR audits, policy rollouts, and AI-powered workflows for leave, attendance, and compliance.
• Reporting & Process Improvement:
• Generate weekly dashboards on recruitment funnel, hiring velocity, and intern conversions.
• Research and benchmark HR trends, tools, and automation practices.
• Identify and propose workflow enhancements using simple tech and AI platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Curious about HR technology, digital collaboration, and modern people practices.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with HR tools or ATS platforms is a plus.
• Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR operations preferred.
• Interest in building a career in HR within a SaaS/tech-driven environment.
