Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage HR operations, draft employment contracts, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational performance. This Human Resources Manager MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN CANADIAN EMPLOYMENT STANDARD AND LAW will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including HR sourcing and interviewing candidates.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee satisfaction.
Maintain and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records.
Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies.
Collaborate with management to develop programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
Skills

Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques and program management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to analyze data for process improvement opportunities within the HR function.
Strong interviewing skills to identify top talent that aligns with organizational values.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
