Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage HR functions while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a harmonious workplace.
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
Design and implement organization design initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency.
Lead affirmative action planning efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Utilize HR information systems such as Ceridian, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft for effective data management.
Collaborate with management on project management initiatives related to HR functions.
Provide guidance on performance management processes and employee development programs.
Skills

Strong knowledge of employment labor law and compliance requirements.
Proficient in organization design principles and practices.
Experience with leveraging HR technology platforms such as Paychex for payroll processing and employee management.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven recruiting skills with a focus on attracting top talent.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.
