This role would require you to have outstanding administrative and communication skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.

You should be able to display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
Manage daily HR tasks
Serve as a point of contact between the management.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Resolve any payroll errors, along with the accounts team.
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Hands-on mentality combined with an entrepreneurial “getting things done” mindset
Mentality to solve problems independently, proactively and with a practical approach
Great analytical skills and a structured way of thinking while being a quick learner
Working closely with our Management team and our different functional teams to identify best practices, monitor performance and align growth potential
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential).
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Must be proactive, well versed with advance excel & word
Good command of the English language.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
