Job Description:
• Set and meet the company HR goals.
• Manpower planning, recruitment, induction, training, performance appraisal, increments and promotions as per Company policies
• Maintaining the records of attendance, leave, etc.
• Opening of employee bank accounts.
• Employee’s grievance handling and problem solving, coordination between employees and management.
• Conducting events for employees based on Values of the company.
• Defines and develops team building and retention methods and policies.
• Creating an events chart every quarter and conducting the same.
• Ensures proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents
• Assisting employees and keeping track of Employee Insurance and claims.
• Drafts mails and maintains all correspondence in writing
• Looks after dispatching courier mails and keeps a record of them.
• Distributes inwards documents received and responsible for the payments of bills
• Monitors all housekeeping work.
• Identify favorable vendors & maintain the stock and records of stationary & groceries.
• Planning and monitoring the tasks of office boys, driver and house keeper.
• Maintains petty cash file and office stock record and monthly report for the same
