Job Description: HR Manager (Specialized in Recruiting)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager with a strong specialization in recruiting to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding talented individuals who align with our organization's values and contribute to our growth and success. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implementing effective strategies to source, screen, and hire top-tier candidates.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy:
· Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
2. Sourcing and Screening:
· Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
· Conduct thorough resume screening, application reviews, and initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
· Implement candidate assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies and potential for success in the organization.
3. Selection and Hiring:
· Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct panel interviews, and facilitate selection decision-making processes.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and alignment with company policies.
· Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
· Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize the recruitment process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 1+ year experience
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong focus on recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions and strategies
