Role Description

CDC is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, on-boarding and training new employees, managing employee relations, maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This is an on-site role located at our Jaipur headquarters.

Qualifications
• Experience in all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, benefits management, and policy development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
• Experience in the non-profit sector or waste management industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in managing HR functions preferably for an organisation with more than 300 employees
• Experience of managing HR operations from managing staff welfare and benefits to performance management and grievance handling
• Strong Knowledge of recruitment procedures, performance appraisal systems, HR analytical tools

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
