Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team and drive the HR functions of our agency who can play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture, managing talent acquisition, and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top-notch talent. Maintain a talent pool of prospective candidates for future needs.
2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support. Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.
3. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support career development initiatives and performance management processes.
4. Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Stay updated on industry compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
5. Compliance and HR Administration: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and policies.
6. Cultural Enhancement: Play a key role in shaping and maintaining the company's culture and values. Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. 1-3 years of relevant HR experience from IT Industry, preferably in a creative industry or digital marketing agency.
2. Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.
3. Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for employee relations and conflict resolution.
5. Ability to design and implement training programs.
6. Familiarity with compensation and benefits design and administration.
7. Proficiency in HR software and tools for efficient HR management.
8. Adaptable and solution-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

10. Understanding of digital marketing or advertising industry metrics and terminology is a plus.
