Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at ART INDIA in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and will provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related. field
HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
