Job Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and
processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company
strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success
through human resource management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations:
o Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives.
o Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
o Facilitate communication between employees and management.
3. Performance Management:
o Oversee the performance appraisal system to drive high performance
o Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance- related issues.
o Develop performance improvement plans when necessary.
4. Training & Development:
o Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
o Organize training sessions, workshops, and other development activities.
o Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.
5. Compliance & Legal:
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
o Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
o Handle all aspects of employment law compliance, including employee documentation and
reporting.
6. Compensation & Benefits:
o Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
o Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.
o Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
7. HR Strategy & Planning:
o Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
o Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management.
o Participate in strategic planning and provide HR insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience.
Skills:
o Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
o Leadership and team management skills
