Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will also handle policy development and implementation, as well as compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
