I. Summary

In addition to key areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and training, they
utilize technology and data analysis to support organizational growth and ensure a safe and

II. Major Responsibilities
Development and Implementation of Human Resources Strategy: Based on the organization's
vision and goals, formulate and execute effective human resources strategies encompassing the
