Responsibilities
As HR Manager, you will drive and implement HR strategies that support our dynamic and values-driven culture
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives
They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices
Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing and hiring for various roles, particularly at the home office; work closely with hiring managers to identify required skills and qualifications
Administer and communicate all employee benefits programs, including enrollment and updates
Manage relationships with benefits vendors and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Maintain and enhance HRIS data accuracy and functionality
Identify and implement opportunities to automate HR tasks for improved efficiency and scalability
Manage the performance review process across the organization
Conduct compensation analyses and ensure pay grades are current and accurate
Address and resolve employee relations issues as needed
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for improving employee retention, engagement, and productivity
Create communication plans to support HR initiatives such as onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management, and corrective actions
Provide coaching, guidance, and act as a confidential advisor to employees and management
Perform other duties as needed
Job description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for our client in Flowermound, TX. As HR Manager, you will drive and implement HR strategies that support our dynamic and values-driven culture.
