Responsibilities
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization
This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
The position will primarily be office-based, with the option for one remote workday per week
Reviewing timesheets and expenses
Reviewing vacation/sick leave requests (ensuring corporate compliance before final approval by the Corporate Administrator)
Managing IT/equipment inventory (tracking incoming and outgoing materials)
Overseeing corporate licensing
Updating and managing the Corporate Handbook and Policies
Maintaining personnel files
Facilitating employee onboarding/offboarding processes
Supporting payroll processing
Managing job postings and soliciting potential candidates for hiring

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. What You Will Be Doing

What You Need For This Position
• Prior experience in HR management roles (experience in larger firms or those with larger staff structures)
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
