The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including benefits, payroll, PTO, and maintaining HR certifications
The Permanent Human Resources Manager will play a key role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives that support our strategic goals
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs and monitor training programs
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Manage and process payroll in a timely manner
Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures
Maintain and update employee handbook and policies on a regular basis
Manage employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, newsletters, employee satisfaction surveys, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
