We are looking for a qualified Sr. HR Manger to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organisational changes.

Responsibilities

· A human resources (HR) manager is responsible for many aspects of an organization's human resources, including:

· Talent acquisition: Recruiting, hiring, and retaining employees

· Employee relations: Managing employee performance, engagement, and benefits programs

· Training and development: Overseeing training and development programs

· Organizational culture: Ensuring employees are happy and well-supported, and fostering a productive work environment

· Compliance: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

· Strategic planning: Consulting executives on decisions that impact management levels, and developing and implementing best practices

· Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

· Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department

· Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

· Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

· Provide HR policy guidance

· Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

· Identify training needs for teams and individuals

· Evaluate training programs

· Suggest new HR strategies

· HR managers also act as a bridge between management and employees. Some skills that HR managers should have include communication, organizational, decision-making, training and developmental, budgeting, and empathetic skill

Qualifications
• Proven Work Experience as an HR Manger / HR Business partner
• 2+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Qualification : Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
