Summary
We are looking for young, enthusiastic candidates for Human resource manager to take exciting journey of startup culture to create best products in world with.
Responsibilities:
· Identifying recruitment needs at various department levels.
· Designing of Compensation ranges for the organization through fitment exercises.
· Recruitment of junior middle and senior level mandates
· Negotiating offers & closure as per process
· Vendor Management and Outsourcing Management
· Induction & orientation of new employees, defining their KRAs and handholding them
· Executing Training Programs
· Exit formalities like F&F, relieving letter etc.
· Employee satisfaction survey once in 2 year
· Initiate series of Interventions to strengthen HR system in the organization
· Take initiative to develop people related system and processes to support successful transformation in line with the new business direction.
· Driving various Employee Engagement initiatives
Ø Employee Communication Mechanism
Ø Initiatives on Employees Retention and Quality of Work Life
Ø Employee Welfare and Grievance Handling activities
· Reviewed and Modified certain existing HR Policies and to implement new HR Policies
· Payroll management
· Payment of statutory liabilities and year end return submission (PF, ESIC, LWF, Prof. Tax etc)
· Managing HR Operations including Confirmations, Leave Management, LTA
HR, MIS & Budgeting
· Performance Appraisal
· Identification of training requirements
Education
Any Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR Management
Experience
0-3 years in experience in HR Generalist profile.
Competencies Required
• Functional
Basic Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Use of job portals, Knowledge of various statutory labor acts
• Behavioral
Negotiation Skills, Listening Skills, Presentation Skills, Leadership Skills, Good inter-personal skills, Excellent in written as well as verbal communication.
