Job Summary:
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Lexvia's growth and success by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This role will be responsible for managing a workforce of 150-200 employees, ensuring effective HR practices, and contributing to the overall organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and universities.
• Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory regulations.
• Conduct salary surveys and market analysis.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
• Deliver training sessions or coordinate external trainers.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• HR Analytics:
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
• Employee Engagement:
• Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Organize employee events and activities.
• Organizational Development:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational change.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar-sized organization.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Experience in a Services or technology company.
• Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques.
• Experience with employee assistance programs (EAPs).
