Responsibilities
• Provide leadership, direction and support to colleagues including scheduling holidays, managing uniform and other equipment requests, managing absences and providing a key point of contact for colleagues
• Recruiting and onboarding new hires
• HR duties including reviews and disciplinary actions
• Driving development of employees including sourcing training opportunities
• Ensure that quality of work and service is maintained

Qualifications
• Management, Customer Service and HR experience
• Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and willingness to multitask
