Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer. This is an ongoing, full time position. The successful applicant will support the Assistant Principal – Staff and Human Resources Manager with:
*Recruitment
*Appointments
*Staff Induction
*Questions about employment conditions and entitlements
*Contract variations
*Maintaining complete and accurate HR records
*Updating Position Descriptions and HR Policies
*Leave cover
*Compliance monitoring
*Staff celebrations, farewells, milestones and recognition
*Staff exits
*Day to Day administrative support

The successful applicant will be appointed as a Category C Education Support Employee, Level 3 (Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022). Category C employees work 45 weeks per year and receive seven weeks’ paid school holidays.
Start date as soon as possible or by negotiation.
