As part of our international hospitality and real estate company, PPHE Hotel Group, we're hiring a HR Officer to join our established team based in our PPHE Hospitality Career Centre London. As the Accommodation Services HR Officer, you will support our operating goals by maximising team member productivity and well-being and achieve the department's guest service objectives. To abide by policies and procedures in accordance with employment law, the departmental business plan, and PPHE corporate Human Resources guidelines and service concepts.

The ideal candidate for the HR Officer role will:
• Connect positively and engage with colleagues in the HR function as well as other departments and hotels' teams
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Be highly structured, self-driven and highly technical
• Support the HODs in conducting investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings and ensures any correspondence is completed and issued within departmental deadlines
• Ensure compliance with our Human Resources guidelines, policies and procedures, as well as employment law, rules and regulations
• Be dealing with hight volume ER cases
