Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the recruitment process, including identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers

 Develop and implement employee engagement

 Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances

 Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.

 Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed

 Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

 2+ years of experience in HR management

 Knowledge of HR best practices

 Knowledge in IT recruitment

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization

 Proficient in Microsoft Office
