In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our People Team by:
• Communicating HR policies, procedures, and SOPs effectively to employees.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.
• Managing employee separation processes, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing retention data.
• Planning and implementing employee engagement, wellness, and safety programs.
• Addressing queries, employee relations issues, and grievances while fostering a collaborative, productive, and accountable work culture.
• Providing support to managers, team leaders, and employees, guiding them on performance and HR processes.
• Collaborating with teams to improve HR processes and align with company goals.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best HR practices to continuously improve our employee experience.
What you’ll need?
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or a comparable field
• Work experience of handling grievances and labour issues
• Minimum 1.-2 years of working experience with a focus on ER initiatives
• Familiarity with Indian labour laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
