We are currently looking for an Immediate Joiner for Sr HR Executive Position reporting to the Group HR Manager at Prestige Group, Indore (M.P) Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for recruitment of potential candidates 2. Liaise with HODs to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates 3. Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. 4. Sourcing candidates from various job portals, LinkedIn and other databases 5 Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on a timely basis 6. Responsible for Documentation of the Complete Employee Lifecycle - Offer Letter to Reliving Letter 7. Provides Payroll Information by Answering Questions and Requests of Employees 8. HR Operations, Attendance and Leave management Related Work That Comes Up from Time to Time Salary Bandwidth - 2.80 LPA to 3.20 LPA Experience - Minimum 3 Yrs into Core HR Profile Joining - Immediate
