Human Resources Strategist

A Human Resources Business Partner is required to coordinate regional HR management in India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cover all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, performance, compensation, employee relations, etc.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to prevent risks and optimize employment strategy.
• Implement HR projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve talent management goals.
• Promote cross-cultural understanding and maintain stable labor relations.
• Analyze data to inform management decisions and improve business outcomes.
Requirements:
• Chinese nationality or ethnicity with a proven track record in HR management in India.
• Excellent language skills in English and Chinese, with knowledge of Hindi an asset.
• At least 6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or cross-border environments.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings.
