Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting various functions of the Human Resources department including (but not limited to): payroll and benefits, employee leave, reporting, training and administration of company policies, recruiting and selection process, and onboarding
You will oversee the human resources staff in managing processes that support employee productivity and company objectives and ensure the HR practices are in compliance with regulations
Oversee and provide instructions to the human resources team members
Support recruiting efforts and onboarding of qualified applicants
Maintain and deliver compelling new-hire orientations
Maintain employee files and human resources records
Ensure employee compliancy with mandatory training and continuing education (i.e. safety training, employee handbook training, anti-harassment training)
Assist with employee benefit programs (Open Enrollment) and employee leave requests
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Coordinate and host company events and activities
Support HR Manager in the coordination of disciplinary discussions, separations, and investigations

Requirements
