Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled HRIS system specialist to join our team. With 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for our current HRIS system, as well as collaborating with our implementation team to transform it into Workday. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for the existing TalentSoft HRIS system
- Collaborate with the implementation team to migrate to Workday
- Configure Workday to meet business requirements
- Develop and deliver user training on Workday
- Resolve technical issues related to Workday
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical and functional expertise in HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
