Roles & Responsibilities

During the internship/Traineeship/Tenure, you will perform operations roles in HR areas of Talent Acquisition / Employee Engagement / Learning & Development. Below are indicative areas of responsibilities.

Learning & Development: Preparing materials for employee orientation & communication
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other learning events
• Manage the registration process, track attendance, communicating training details and collecting feedback of participants.
• Maintain accurate training records, including participant information, training completion data, and certification records.
• Employee Engagement and Well-being: Assist in implementation of programs to foster employee engagement, collaboration, and well-being within the product organization.
• Support initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

Desirable Skills
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in coordinating learning and development programs
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Collaborative mind-set with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Confident with good presentation and articulation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• At least 6-12 months of prior work experience in a similar role, preferably in a training or learning and development setting, will be an added benefit
