Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Site Engineer with expertise in all kind of HVAC Building Works (Chiller Plants, AHUs, VRF, and Ventilation etc.)

- Able to understand the Autocad drawings for duct and piping design

- Prepare VRF schematic drawing using company in-house software

- Writing requirement specifications for AHUs for different application and site condition

- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available

- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required

- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts

- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans

- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to contractors and clients

- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required

- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team

- Assist the commissioning team during HVAC commissioning process

- Prepare the billing and hand over reports

Required Skills:

- Bachelor of Engineering degree with 1-2 years of site engineering experience

- Fundamental knowledge of HVAC engineering (optional not mandatory)

- AutoCad drawing basics

- MS office, specifically MS excel

- Good communication skills and team work

- Willingness to commute to project sites on a daily basis

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
