Job Description
• To look after guest safety, and address any guest issues as quickly as possible, ensuring that they are completely happy with the work done.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Fitting and repairing various household appliances.
• Cutting, welding, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Handling customer queries and responding to callouts.
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems
• To complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans.
• To look after all the tools supply professionally supplied by the Hotel correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift.

Qualifications
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

Additional Information
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel
• Supervisory Level
• Various trades like Plumbing, HVAC, and Mechanical etc.
• Building Management System
• Building Fire Safety & Fire Fighting
• Awareness of swimming pool water quality treatment
• Experience in computer-based planned preventive maintenance and work order system
