Qualifications
This role requires a strong understanding of the Texas rules of civil procedure, and experience in the personal injury or insurance defense practice area
The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The ideal candidate for the Litigation Paralegal position will have the following qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the legal industry
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting document reviews
Strong knowledge of the Texas rules of civil procedure
Experience in case investigation and research
Ability to organize, interpret, and request medical records
Proven experience in maintaining case files and managing discovery
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills

Responsibilities
As a Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include
Conducting thorough and detailed case investigations to assist in the discovery process
Reviewing, organizing, and interpreting medical records, and summarizing them for use in case preparation
Drafting and managing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other trial preparation materials
Managing document reviews and maintaining case files in an organized and efficient manner
Investigating and researching complex questions related to case matters
Liaising with clients, maintaining strong client relations, and ensuring client satisfaction
Taking responsibility for discovery, document management, and trial preparation
Coordinating with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression and efficient time management
