- Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
- Presentation of design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the design process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Requirements
- Degree in interior design (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury residential and hospitality spaces.
- Proven experience in leading design teams and achieving successful project outcomes.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in design software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
