Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Welcoming customers with a warm smile,
• Efficiently serving ice cream, milkshakes, and other delicious treats,
• Accurately ringing up purchases,
• Restocking ice cream and supplies as needed,
• Maintaining cleanliness by cleaning tables, floors, glass, and other areas,
• Taking initiative and showing teamwork,
• Supporting your colleagues, including Shift Leaders, Decorators, and Managers, to ensure smooth service,
• Thriving in a busy environment and managing pressure,
• Punctually arriving for all scheduled shifts,
• Following company policies and procedures,
• Being available to work evenings and weekends.
