Responsibilities
Assist the HR department with its daily activities, ensuring nothing is overlooked, from employee onboarding and recruitment to development and termination
Contribute to delivering value-added services to management and employees that reflect the organization’s business objectives
HR Business Partner: Act as a 360-degree first point of contact for both employees and managers in various organizational units of the Bank
Support the employees' lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, mobility, career planning, performance, learning & development, etc.)
Learning & Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of Learning & Development plans based on the specific needs of organizational units
Assist in the development of the L&D budget and ensure that the Bank benefits from state training subsidies (i.e., INFPC)
Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process according to Bank policies, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
Apply HR recruiting best practices and provide analytical and well-documented reports on HR indicators and recruitment activities (staffing level, turnover, etc.)
Other: Assist the department in reporting activities (compensation; CFO data; SREP; ESG; Training)
